We will exchange, replace or credit items within 30 days from date of invoice. Please call for return authorization number. All returns must be in saleable condition and are subject to a 20% restock fee

SHIPPING DAMAGES

While items inside this catalog are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Any product that proves to be defective or unsatisfactory in performance, S.M. Cristall will gladly repair or replace it in accordance with the warranty.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently ship outside the United States and Canada.
